Reservation Warranty 

Millepini Hotel Terme & Y-40® offers a service of Reservation Warranty that ensures the refund of the amount actually paid, in case it becomes necessary to cancel the reservation due to such reasons that are not considered by the deposit and cancellation policy of a specific rate or package. Applicable Conditions

The service of Reservation Warranty is “Booking Protection” and its purpose is to assure you a peaceful and enjoyable stay. You can find a brief description of the coverage below.

 

Cancellation of the Reservation 

(Maximum coverage €10.000 per file)

Refund of the Confirmation Deposit due to:

  • Illness, injury or death:
  1. of the policyholder or one of his/her relatives
  2. of the travel partner, provided he/she is insured under the same policy file 
  3. of the business partner/co-owner of the policyholder’s company. 
  • impossibility of benefiting from the planned vacation due to layoff, temporary dismissal from work (unemployment, unemployment benefit) or new hiring of the policyholder 
  • material damage because of fire, breaking-and-entering theft, adverse weather conditions that ruin the properties of the policyholder or the locations where he/she runs his/her business, that require his/her physical presence 
  • order of appearance before the judicial authorities as witness summons as juror 
  • summons for the adoption of a minor 
  • accident damaging the vehicle of the policyholder within 48 hours before the beginning of the stay 

 

Interruption of the Stay

Pro-rata refund in case the policyholder does not benefit from the stay (max. 50% of the cost of the stay), if the interruption is due to: 

  • health problems and consequent early returning home  
  • early interruption of the stay because of death or illness causing imminent danger for the life of a relative
  1. material damage because of fire, breaking-and-entering theft, adverse weather conditions that ruin the properties of the policyholder or the locations where he/she runs his/her business, that require his/her physical presence

Delayed Arrival 

In case of delayed arrival, due to problems that occurred during the travel to the Hotel and that are beyond the policyholder’s control, the policy ensures the refund of: 

  • Board and lodging costs (up to 20% of the cost of the stay, with a ceiling of € 500);
  • Any extra payments that are necessary to reach the accommodation facility.
