Vascular path

To walk lightly

A walk to improve venous and arterial circulation thanks to vascular exercise assisted by the use of water at different temperatures.

Vascular path

The purpose of the vascular path is to improve the circulation of the venous and arterial districts in the lower limbs. During this walk in the water, the legs are subjected to vascular gymnastics determined by the whirlpool jets located in the thermal water pools at different temperatures.

This treatment takes place by walking in two small pools, about 50 centimeters deep, with thermal water at different temperatures: the first one at 35°C and the other one at 25°C.

The movement of the walk is combined with the massage of the water and the alternation of hot and cold which activate dilation and constriction of the blood vessels with the consequent improvement of circulation.

The vascular path is located in the same hall as the indoor pool, next to the mini hydromassage pool.
