To experience a relaxing and true sense of well-being, and to avoid causing any disturbance, we invite you to observe some simple guidelines.
The spa is a place of well-being and tranquility. The use of any electronic devices that may disturb other guests is prohibited. We ask you to keep conversations to a minimum and to use a very low voice, especially in the relaxation area.
Attire
In common areas, you may wear a bathrobe or similar attire; it is prohibited to walk around in swimwear or bare-chested;
In the pools, it is necessary to wear a swimsuit and a cap. Additionally, it is essential to use non-slip slippers and the bathrobe or towel;
In the gym, access is allowed only with clean athletic shoes and a towel to use on the equipment;
In the relaxation area, access is granted with a bathrobe and/or towel and non-slip slippers;
In the Sauna and Biosauna, access is allowed in a swimsuit or covered, but not nude. It is necessary to use a towel to sit on, and slippers should be left outside;
In the thermal cave and Turkish bath, access is allowed in a swimsuit or covered, but not nude. It is advisable to rinse your seating area before leaving, and slippers should be left outside.
Changing Rooms
The use of changing rooms with lockers, showers, toilets, and hair dryers is available to you free of charge. Upon exiting, we ask you to retrieve all your belongings so as not to leave anything in the locker.
Pools and Relaxation Areas - Rules
Access to the pools requires using the stairs and taking a shower; it is prohibited to enter from the edge and/or dive;
Bathing without a cap is prohibited;
Accessing the areas around the pools and in the relaxation areas with shoes is prohibited; it is mandatory to use non-slip slippers;
Using radios, cell phones, tablets, or any device that may cause noise and disturb other guests is prohibited;
Eating in the areas around the pools and in the relaxation areas is prohibited;
Occupying loungers with towels or other items and then leaving is prohibited; the hotel staff will clear loungers occupied by unattended belongings.
Access to saunas, the Turkish bath, and the Ninfea grotto is forbidden for those under 12 years old.
Photos and Videos
We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos or videos that may capture people other than yourselves or your group of accompanying friends.
Lost and Damaged Items
The Management is not responsible for thefts, lost items, or damages to personal belongings of value. For this reason, we suggest not leaving them unattended.
In the event of finding lost items, if recovered, we invite you to deliver them to the Hotel's Reception. The Management is in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents that may occur due to the wrongful actions of guests.
Failure to comply with all instructions may result in removal from the Thermal Spa and pools without any right to a refund.
