The option designed for our guests who need greater flexibility.
OPEN STAY BASIC - purchasable only at the time of booking.
Add to the purchased package during booking €5 per night booked per person, and you can change the stay dates without any penalty, for the same package, provided it is available, and under the same conditions, for a future stay. (If purchased by 23:59 on the same day as the booking, the cost is €10 per night booked per person). If the same package is not available, you can choose from other options that you prefer, integrating, if necessary, the difference.
The stay can be rescheduled only once.
The request to change the booking date can be made until 23:59, 48 hours before the arrival date. Subsequent requests cannot be accepted. The new booking dates must be communicated at the same time as the change request.
Illustrative example: Package booked/purchased with arrival on Saturday 18 and departure on Sunday 19: the change without any penalty must be requested by 23:59 on Thursday 16;
OPEN STAY SUPER - purchasable up to 4 days before the arrival date.
At the cost of €25 per night booked per person, you can change the stay dates, and/or the names, and/or the type of package booked without any penalty, retaining the amount paid as a deposit for a future stay.
OPEN STAY PLUS - purchasable up to 2 days before the arrival date.
At the cost of €45 per night booked per person, you can change the stay dates, and/or the names, and/or the type of package booked without any penalty, retaining the amount paid as a deposit for a future stay.
